Hubtrix hosts web applications built by our customers. Each one runs on its own subdomain of hubtrix.app and is operated independently by the business that created it. If you have encountered phishing, malware, spam, fraud, or other abusive content coming from a Hubtrix-hosted application, please tell us and we will act on it.
Contact
Email our abuse team. This inbox is monitored and every report is read by a person.
[email protected]We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Reports involving active phishing or malware are prioritised.
What to include in your report
The more precise the report, the faster we can act. Where you can, please include:
- The full URL or hostname involved, for example example.hubtrix.app
- What the content or behaviour is, and why it is abusive
- When you observed it, including a timestamp and time zone if possible
- Supporting evidence — a screenshot, the message you received, or full email headers if you are reporting spam or phishing
- How we can reach you if we need more detail
What happens next
We investigate every report. Depending on what we find, we may contact the customer operating the application, suspend the content, or take the application offline entirely. Where a report concerns illegal activity we cooperate with the relevant authorities. If you gave us a way to reach you, we will tell you the outcome.
Reporting a security vulnerability
If you have found a security vulnerability in Hubtrix itself rather than abusive content hosted on it, please write to [email protected] instead, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
A note on our domains
hubtrix.com is Hubtrix itself — this site and our platform. hubtrix.app hosts customer applications only, one per subdomain. A subdomain of hubtrix.app is not operated by Hubtrix and its content is the responsibility of the customer who created it, which is why this page exists.
